Giving back isn’t just something that The Writer’s Glove, LLC, does on a whim. It’s as much a part of this business as the stitching on the gloves.
Sometimes, that means responding to neighbors in need following a disaster, as with the recent hurricanes in the southeast United States, Puerto Rico and beyond. Other times, it’s because an organizer reached out directly, as with this silent auction to benefit service dog programs.
While I certainly have my pet causes (I’m a kidney transplant recipient), I also enjoy opening up the floor to customers to put forward their suggestions. That’s a little different from how many companies operate, but when you’re the president of an LLC, you get you make those decisions.
Over on Twitter (where I’m sure you’re already following @writersglove - hint, hint), I threw the question of where to chip in next out to followers. I received a great suggestion from Basia Wolf.

The standard policy for size exchanges is for a 14-day window, but some customers are buying Christmas gifts well ahead of December. Because of that, I'm suspending the 14-day exchange window for gloves given as gifts during the holidays until Jan. 25, 2018.
Use the contact form here to get in touch about size exchanges for gloves given as gifts. Exchanges will always be free, although I ask that you (or the recipient) pay for shipping back to me.
The honor system's worked well so far, so there's no reason to believe this new policy will be abused. If it is, I'll take appropriate action, but I've yet to meet a customer who wasn't sincere.
Which is to say, go nuts with giving The Writer's Glove® for a gift this season!
