SURVEY RESULTS: Here's the Black Friday Sale You Chose

The results are in! I asked customers to vote for a Black Friday sale, and vote you did. There's a winner, but only by this much.

A few of you offered custom responses, too. Here they are.

What Will the Black Friday Sale Be?

Since the top two responses were so close, I'll split the difference. How about a percentage off and a BOGO deal?

"But how, Ben? How?" you ask.

Simple. A 50% off sale. It's a percentage off, and it's basically a BOGO, too.

And in keeping with the spirit of the original survey question (that Black Friday is meaningless when it lasts three months), this Black Friday sale will only be on Black Friday.

"You need to make a heated version!"

I'll be honest, this scares the heck out of me. Putting a heating element next to a person's skin is no small feat. An insurance company would probably agree.

This may be in the future, but it's going to take a sign from the glove gods to make it happen.

"I'm so sick of all the holiday ads and movies already that, by the time the holidays get here, they'll be anti-climatic, and I don't feel like celebrating them."

"Varme discount"

I sell the VARME keyboard warmers, but I don't make them. A company in Denmark does, and I act as distributor in the United States. That means I don't get a lot of room to play with the price. So this one isn't up to me.
