Review: "Writing & Wellness" Tries on The Writer's Glove®
Colleen Story, founder and editor of the excellent Writing & Wellness, a website all about staying healthy while pursuing the art of writing, recently slipped on a pair of The Writer's Glove®. Here were her first impressions, per her e-newsletter:
- When I first opened the package (which is cool, by the way), I was surprised at the quality feel of the material. The gloves are very smooth and soft.
- They are surprisingly warm! We were up in the 90s here in my neck of the woods, and then suddenly within two days dropped down to the 50s. My fingers were stiff and I couldn't type so I tried the gloves. It's amazing how such thin material can be so toasty!
- You can do everything in them. It takes a minute to get used to typing, but I'm talking like 30 seconds. What's really cool is I can still maneuver all the "touch" features on my mouse—something you can't do with other gloves. They work with all touchscreens, too.
Can't do much better than that. Thank you!
P.S. If you're feeling burned out or overwhelmed as a writer, check out Story's new book, Overwhelmed Writer Rescue. You can't write if you don't take care of yourself, inside and out.
