Once again, The Writer's Glove is sponsoring the Minnesota chapter of the National Scleroderma Foundation's annual charity walk.
This year, the event will take place at CHS Field during a St. Paul Saints baseball game. You may even see me at the pitcher's mound, although I won't be providing relief pitching (thankfully).
This means registering for the walk gets you two events for the price of one: a benefit for a great cause and exclusive box seating at a baseball game. What's better than that? Let's hope the weather holds.
I know most of you reading this are outside of Minnesota, but consider this a reminder to donate to a worthy cause close to your heart. It's never a bad time to do something nice for someone.
